Review: Delta Airlines Delta One Airbus A330-200 JFK to ZRH

Months ago, my fiancee and I booked tickets to Zurich at a steal of a price. At 24 hours to departure, we decided to upgrade to Delta One so our journey over would be comfortable and allow some decent sleep. It was worth it.
Flight Details
Delta Air Lines Flight 407
New York (JFK) to Zurich (ZRH)
Depart: Monday, August 20 8:38 PM (Actual 8:32 PM)
Arrival: Tuesday, August 21 10:30 AM (Actual 10:33 AM)
Aircraft: Airbus A330-200
Seat: 5J (Delta One / Business Class)
Booking:After watching some incredible cooking shows, we decided we needed to visit Italy this summer. Unfortunately, fares were absurdly expensive. Arrival: Wednesday, August 152:37 PM (Actual 2:25 PM)
Aircraft: Airbus A320-200
Seat: 11C (Delta Comfort+)
Booking:As I said in my last post, this trip began with a huge delay. On Monday, I received a travel waiver notification from Delta and I ended up switching from a late Tuesday flight to this Wednesday morning one. Thankfully I did, as that flight ended up departing almost at midnight. When I cleared onto this flight, I was offered to keep my Delta Comfort+ upgrade and so I selected 11C, the only remaining aisle. My fiancee selected 11F, a window. The day of, 11A became available (with 11B empty), so he moved there in hopes that the middle seat would remain open.  Boarding:Pre-boarding began promptly at 11:11, a full 40 minutes before th…
